I wrote this book because people are often be intimidated by negotiation. And that fear is simply unnecessary! Often, when you look for resources to learn about negotiation, the books you find are so academically focused that they are difficult to read, hard to apply, or let‘s face it, just plain boring! Usually, the steps that those books recommend are unnecessarily complex and therefore not helpful.
